As mentionned in our General Rules & Regulations, Article 6: "Regarding the accreditation services for participation at the onsite Marché in Cannes, which includes rights given to access cultural and professional events, the tax legislation (CGI, Article 279b nonies) imposes a 10% VAT to be added to the invoices corresponding to this service provided on the French territory."
For those who are participating remotely via the Marché du Film Online platform, a 20% VAT will be applied to your accreditation according to the applicable tax regulation. Please note that the VAT is added only for companies in France and European companies without a VAT number.
